GeoKnight DC8AP Press - Hats
This FabricForm instruction sheet was developed using a GeoKnight DC16AP with a bottom heat platen. Since every heat press is slightly different, we recommend testing the heat & time on your specific press.
Instructions For Applying Emblems on Hats

Heat setting: 350 degrees
Pressure: 40 PSI

Flip open the sweatband of the hat.

Place the hat on the bottom heat platen so that the sweatband is just below the edge of the platen.

Remove the liner from the back of the emblem.

Place your Fabric-Form logo on the hat.
Lay the silicone pad on top of the emblem so that the emblem is centered under the pad and is completely covered.

Heat your emblem. Start with 45 seconds. Depending on your machine and the material of the hat, you may need to adjust the time.

Remove the hat from the heat press and allow it to cool for 15-20 seconds. Slowly peel back the protective film from the emblem at a sharp angle.
